Yarn Owl will never distribute, sell, share or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party, unless required by law.
PayPal, a US-based company that handles our online transactions and collects all the necessary information, also treats the customer information as private and confidential.


We understand that security is one of the main concerns for online shoppers, and we want our customers to feel confident and secure.
All our online transactions are handled by PayPal. You can pay either from your PayPal account or using your credit card. During the checkout procedure you are being redirected to PayPal secure server, where you submit all the confidential information.
You can easily recognize a secure page by looking at its web address at the top of the screen. A web address of a secure page starts with https:// (instead of http://), where "s" stands for "secure".
A secure page also has a special icon along the bottom of your browser window : a closed padlock or a key, depending on your browser. You may double-click on the icon and see the security certificate of the company (in our case, PayPal). All the confidential information you submit is being encrypted using SSL technology. It means that the information travels from your browser to PayPal secure server in a scrambled form.
Yarn Owl never has access to your credit card information at all.

Store policies, returns and exchanges

All our products are made to order, we do not keep them in stock. It gives you the freedom to choose any style you like and hand-pick any colour combinations, even ask for minor design alterations. It gives us more flexibility, more ways to meet your unique needs. We hope you do not mind waiting (2 - 10 business days, depending on the volume of orders) for the item to get sewn and ready to ship.
Since all hats are custom-made according to your specifications, we only can accept returns and exchanges if there is a quality issue or a mistake on our part (wrong size or color).
